Associated species: Quercus alba, Agalinis tenuifolia, Aristida sp., Calystegia spithamaea, Carex umbellata, Cladonia sp., Comandra umbellata, Danthonia spicata, Hieracium gronovii, Hypoxis hirsuta, Liatris scariosa var. nieuwlandii, Phlox subulata, Schizachyrium scoparium.
